As these’s products are from our Print-On-Demand supplier, they are considered ‘products made to order’ and therefore, we aren’t able to give refunds for the items (unless they are faulty or defective). We supply a very accurate size guide in the description of all our products, along with tips on how to find the best fit for you which we advise you to take a look at before purchasing, to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your item from us.
If you believe your item is faulty and would like to claim your refund, you may do so by completing the contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving the products, or 28 days from the date of dispatch. (Please be sure to include your order number in the form.)
For EU/International orders, you’ll need to pay the return postage fee and any items that have been washed or worn are not eligible for return.
